I am doing qualifications towards English and Maths level 1, Employee r&r in the logistics industry level 2 and Certificate in Warehousing & Storage level 2. I am working for 3663 food service as a warehouse employee. I wanted to complete this qualification to better myself and it could possibly come in useful in the future if I decide to change jobs.Heather Mckinley has been my assessor and thought out the course has been very helpful at anytime of the day or night to suit my unsociable working hours. And is also very friendly and approachable.

Although I don't finish my apprenticeship until November, I would just like to say that during the past year, I have had a promotion to team leader and 2 pay rises and firmly believe that, apart from my efforts, the support I've had from Nigel has helped me no end. He's been there, at the end of the phone whenever I have a query or problem and nothing is too much trouble. I'm please that Hull college put our company onto Deere Apprenticeships as I got a tutor, assessor with good teaching skills and knowledge of warehousing. As soon as I have finished I will be speaking to Nigel to find out what other learning and progression I can move onto.

I am currently studying towards an NVQ L3 in Customer Service which I am enjoying as I am learning new things everyday. I started doing this qualification as I was a Client Service Assistant at Bibby Financial Services but have since moved over onto the Data Processing team which I find more fitting for me.Gabriella Andrews is my assessor and I find her to be very helpful and supportive throughout the qualification so far, without her assistance I would not be as far through it as I am.

I studied Level 2 business admin, I currently work for the company Cheeky Monkey Bars Ltd and my role is an office administrator, after my apprenticeship the company kept me on with a permanent full time job. I wanted to apply for an apprenticeship because it was hard to go straight into a full time job because of my age, I also wanted a career change I was studying level 3 sport and fitness at college before I started my apprenticeship. I thought if I start as an apprentice it would hopefully lead to a full time job which it has. I have really enjoyed working for the company it has opened many opportunities for me, I have a weekend job as well within the company working in one of the bars, I have also been involved with promoting/dancing within the bars for events. I couldn't of passed the course without the help from Amber England, she fully supported me and encouraged me to get through it, if I had any problems she was always there to help me. In the future I hope it leads to stepping up to become a manager in either the office or within one of the bars, I have also gained a lot of experience and confidence which will help me a lot for future references.

I have taken the Customer Service Diploma.I work at JTF Wholesale in the Head Office. I wanted to take the Apprenticeship programme as I could work along side of studying, allowing me to still better myself and earn.I have enjoyed the visits from my assessor the most, she always made it enjoyable and not too rushed or full on. I have felt fully supported throughout my course by Amber England (my assessor) fully.

I am currently completing a Level 3 Business Administration course at a company called Paragon, who manufacture pressure sealer machines. I decided to undertake this method compared to college, as I prefer being able to work as well as learn at the same time. Therefore, I enjoy having a range of responsibilities and love the fact I have the opportunity to develop the skills I already have and also gain new ones along the way. In addition to this, I enjoy both the practical side of working and also the more theoretical/written side, as I can research factors and learn new things. However, I am worried in certain aspects as my apprenticeship is due to finish within the next 6 months (March 17) and my progress is only at 34%, which does not seem sufficient for an 18 month course. I asked my assessor last week what we should do and we came to an arrangement of setting all my written work for me to complete in my own time and at my own pace to put my mind at ease.

I enjoyed the traineeship course, I have gained work experience in a career I want to do and may not have considered this if it wasn't for this course. I have gained my Maths and English level 2. I have become more comfortable in groups and a bit more confident.
