This apprenticeship has been very informative and made me more aware of certain aspects of customer service that I previously took for granted. It's great to be able to gain a qualification in something I do everyday. My assessor (Scott) has been very supportive and helped me progress swiftly, his retail experience was invaluable.

I set out doing this apprenticeship to achieve a retail qualification and improve my knowledge of the sector in general, my assessor has supplied constant support throughout the course through emails and store visits and been very patient with me as i struggle to retain information with my dyslexia. I have gained a maths level 2 qualification, Customer service level 3 and more knowledge of the retail sector. More importantly it has helped me overcome customer objectives and improve customer relationships within my role.

When I started the Management apprenticeship I hoped to gain the knowledge and skills to help me towards promotion, I was offered all the support I needed from my assessor and it has helped me prepare for running my own store, which I have just been offered, I am grateful to Scott for his help and would recommend him to others wanting to work their way up from junior management to a senior level.

I feel completing my Level 3 customer service apprenticeship will help me with my development in customer service and within my new role at Pandora, which has come as a result of performing well throughout my training. Scott has been a real help when I was struggling on certain assessments. I have enjoyed doing this apprenticeship and have support from my assessor and employer.

Having previously studied with Deere and the tutor Scott on a Traineeship, I have enrolled on a Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship as I feel I can develop my skills in my new job role which I secured as a result of a successful work placement on the Traineeship. My tutor has helped me settle into the role and with support I have already developed social media websites for the company and learned different and more effective ways of inputting and storing data. My telephone confidence has improved to the point where I can confidently make sales calls from leads I have sourced myself. I am enjoying the apprenticeship and my new role and I am looking forward to developing more skills.
