Apprenticeships are the ideal course to develop a new or existing workforce.  Deere Apprenticeships can support employers to recruit employees to a new job role and deliver the training required to make them effective in their position.  Apprenticeship training can be equally effective with a current workforce, supporting issues identified or delivering improvements to take a business forward. 

 
 

Deere Apprenticeships offer fully funded apprenticeship programmes bespoke to the needs of your business ensuring your workforce have the necessary skills and competence to drive your business forward.

Business Administration Apprenticeships
 
Deere Apprenticeships can deliver administration development programmes bespoke to your organisational needs, coaching employees to develop, maintain and improve administrative services.
This course is ideally suited to business administrators, office coordinators and assistants. The course has been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet your workforce needs.  The course offers:
  • The Apprenticeship – with key strands of Communication & Planning, Organisational Performance, Project Management, Finance and Recording Documents
  • Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration – delivery of this qualification using the Key Modules provides the necessary skills to develop the next generation of managers and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard
  • English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these areas will be supported to achieve this
  • Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment – a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), a competency based interview, portfolio of evidence and a professional discussion relating to CPD activity.
Our unique approach to delivery means we use different training methods to meet individual needs. Under ESFA funding rules employers are required to allow 20% off the job training of the apprentice's employment contracted hours. 

On completion of the programme your employees will receive an overall grade, and this could provide a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.

Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard

Deere Apprenticeships can deliver customer service development programmes bespoke to your organisational needs, Today’s customers want to deal with real professionals, representing organisations that meet their high expectations.
For new and existing service to sales employees the Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard is ideal, the course has been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet your workforce needs.  The course offers:

  • The Apprenticeship – with key strands of providing high quality service to customers in the workplace, digitally or visiting customer’s own locality. This will include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet and greet, direct selling, resolving problems, after care service and measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service – delivery of this qualification using the Key Modules provides the necessary skills to develop service practitioners and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard
  • English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these areas will be supported to achieve this
  • Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment – a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), a competency based interview, portfolio of evidence and a professional discussion relating to CPD activity.

Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard-Level 3
 
Deere Apprenticeships can deliver management development programmes bespoke to your organisational needs, developing your Supervisory staff improves overall productivity and provides succession planning for crucial management roles.
For first time managers the NEW Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard is ideal, the course has been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet your workforce needs.  The course offers:

  • The Apprenticeship – with key strands of Leading & Managing People, Building Relationships, Communication, Organisational Performance, Project Management, Finance, Awareness of Self and Decision Making
  • Level 3 Diploma in Management & Leadership – delivery of this qualification using the Key Modules provides the necessary skills to develop the next generation of managers and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard
  • English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these areas will be supported to achieve this
  • Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment – a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), a competency based interview, portfolio of evidence and a professional discussion relating to CPD activity.

Our unique approach to delivery means we use different training methods to meet individual needs. Under ESFA funding rules employers are required to allow 20% off the job training of the apprentice's employment contracted hours. 

On completion of the programme your employees will receive an overall grade, and can choose to register as Associate members with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Operations/Departmental Management Apprenticeship Standard-Level 5

Deere Apprenticeships can deliver chartered management programmes, bespoke to your organisational needs, and which have the most impact. They are designed to improve and teach new skills, which make people better managers and leaders to improve overall business performance.
The NEW management standard is designed for aspiring managers, regional, divisional and departmental managers. The course has been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet your workforce needs.  The course offers:

  • The Apprenticeship – with key strands of Operational Management, Project Management, Finance, Leading and Managing People, Building Relationships, Communication, Awareness and Management of Self and Other and Decision Making
  • Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership – delivery of this qualification using the Key Modules provides the necessary skills to drive growth, in doing so achieve operational targets and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard
  • English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these areas will be supported to achieve this
  • Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment – a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), a competency based interview, portfolio of evidence, a professional discussion relating to CPD activity and a review of a work based project with a presentation on a work based project and Q&A session

Our unique approach to delivery means we use different training methods to meet individual needs. Under ESFA funding rules employers are required to allow 20% off the job training of the apprentice's employment contracted hours. 

Successful apprentices gain a Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership and can register to become members of the Institute of Leadership & management, those with 3 years of management experience can apply for Chartered Manager status.

SupplyChain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Standard
 
Deere Apprenticeships can deliver Warehouse development programmes bespoke to your organisational needs.  It will improve and teach new skills to ensure that your supply chain runs effectively, meeting your efficiency targets, deadlines and will promote the importance in providing a quality service for your clients.
The apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for the role of Warehouse Operative. The course has been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet your workforce needs and offers:

  • The Apprenticeship – with key strands of work activities relating to learners roles, such as taking deliveries, quality checks, moving and storing goods, picking for dispatch, maintaining records and safely using machinery and vehicles.
  • Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage – delivery of this qualification using the Key Modules provides the necessary skills to develop service practitioners and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard
  • English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these areas will be supported to achieve this
  • Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment – a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), and a practical assessment to allow the learner to showcase their skills.
